About Havella.

Havella is a residential property management agency, opening in South East Queensland. It manages rental properties for owners, and that is the whole business.

What is different about it

The difference is in how the work gets done. A system carries the record of every property, tenancy, conversation, obligation and decision, and performs the routine coordination against that record at any hour. Licensed people are then free for the work that needs a person: inspections, approvals, negotiations, and the conversations that need a voice.

Because the record sits with the property rather than in somebody’s head, an owner does not start again when a property manager moves on. The handover is already written.

What Havella does not do

Havella does not sell property. There is no sales division and no sales team, so nothing in the business competes with a tenancy for attention. That is the shape of the company rather than a stage it is passing through.

Who runs it

Three founders, and an owner or a principal deals with them directly rather than with a business development layer. Tiger Malan runs the real estate side. Cameron Schroeder and Noah Davey built and run the system.
