Which areas does Havella manage in?

Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, in South East Queensland. Havella manages rental homes for their owners, and property management is the whole business: there is no sales team.

When can a landlord start?

Havella is opening in these three areas first. A landlord who registers on the homepage hears when it starts taking on properties. Fees are agreed in writing before anything starts, the same as any agency.

Who looks after a property here?

A dedicated licensed property manager. Rent is followed up early and politely, repairs are arranged and followed through, and updates arrive in plain words. The owner stays across it without having to chase.

Why these three areas?

Because a licensed person goes to the property. Inspections and viewings are done in person, so Havella manages where its people can be at the door.

Can a property move here from another agency?

Yes. In Queensland the owner ends the appointment in writing, with 30 days’ notice, or sooner if both sides agree in writing, and the tenancy carries on unchanged. Changing property managers sets out each step.
